Our Story

We are a husband and wife team of Jay & Dena Wimette based in lovely Jericho, VT. Dena has always been a coffee lover and got Jay hooked on lattes when studying late at night during graduate school. Once we added kids to the mix, those cute lattes turned into straight black coffee as sleepless nights made way for long work days.

We have always been in search of coffee that tastes amazing and is super convenient - like pulling a bottle out of the fridge convenient. After playing around with french press, espresso makers, pour over and the like, we discovered the beauty of cold brew more than 5 years ago. Not only does it check the amazing and convenient boxes, but it is gentler on the stomach and versatile! After sharing it with friends and family we quickly realized we had created something special.

After starting out by selling our 32oz bottles of Dark Roast via weekly coffee subscriptions - delivered 1950's milkman style, which we still do - we added a 32oz Decaf Dark Roast and a 32oz Dark Roast with Maple that we have coined "Vermont Style".
