Cafe & Collins

Ingredients:

1.5oz Barr Hill Gin

1.5 oz Brew House Cold Brew Coffee

.75 oz honey syrup

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

1 Orange wheel (to shake with)

Seltzer to top

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker, including the orange wheel; shake with ice, double strain over fresh ice in a collins glass; top with seltzer, garnish with an orange twist
